HGTV’s Property Brothers meets The Marriage Bargain in this third volume in the Billionaire Builders series, an all-new, heart-wrenching, and sexy contemporary romance from New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst.
Tristan Pierce left the family business to carve out a life of his own, but never forgot his passionate affair with the much younger, inexperienced Sydney Greene, or the hurtful breakup that tore him apart. When he’s forced to return home and face his past, will he be able to carve out a future, or will lies ruin his second chance at love?
Sydney Greene loved Tristan her entire life but when he left, he took not only her heart, but her trust along with him. Now that they’re together again, it’s time they both face the biggest secret of all...
![]() Jennifer’s final remodel of the Billionaire Builders Series is All or Nothing at All. A sassy second chance romance between Tristian and Sydney that will keep you on your toes. Longtime family friend, Sydney has always lusted after Tristian. As they grew older that lust turned into love, and both were smitten with one another. When Tristian realizes is life story won’t be written in his home town he leaves for the big city, leaving the love of his life behind. Can time and distance make the heart grow fonder or will the secrets and lies be more than anyone can handle? As a series, the Billionaire Builders was smart, funny, and held the Jennifer Probst signature style that I have grown to love. Solid characters build each book to new heights, added to an already solid base story. All or Nothing at All took a bit of a turn I wasn’t expecting. Past mistakes and decisions created a tough storyline that had me uneasy at times. At these moments, I had to take a pause and trust in Jennifer’s skills to lead me through her story as she saw fit. As uncomfortable as I was, I was able to let go and enjoy both Tristian and Sydney’s connection to one another. Would I have like to have seen it played out differently? At times yes, but I got what I wanted come the final chapter. This is where you need to trust in your “go to” authors as they will see you to the end with style and grace. A well-built ending for these building brothers.
