I like, so many others am head over heels in love with the epic romance that is Jesse and Ava. Jesse’s world crashes down around him when the love of his life, his entire life ,no longer remembers him or their family. Struggling with everything, he has to help Ava get her memory back, he is determined to get their lives back. He will stop at nothing to make her remember their connection and their passion. Told in dual POV’s, this is a new chapter in their lives. It does a wonderful job retelling the first three books in a way that only JEM could pull off. I ran the gamut of emotions on this one. I laughed and I cried. Some things were a bit predictable, but something caused me to scream “Oh no she didn’t!” And of course, yes she did. This book was everything. The whole cast reappears, and Jodie had me falling in love with all things Jesse all over again.
“I once told you that I wanted to look after you forever.” I hold her eyes, never wavering. “I meant it, baby. Forever isn’t over yet. Never will be, not for us. I love you. You are the best part of me, Ava. The greatest part. That can’t be forgotten.”
