Right now, you’re probably asking yourself two things:

Who am I?
And, what the hell are you doing here?
Let’s start with the most obvious question, shall we?
You’re here, ladies, because you can’t f*ck.
Oh, stop it. Don’t cringe. No one under the age of 80 clutches their pearls.
You might as well get used to it, because for the next six weeks, you’re going to hear that word a lot.
And you’re going to say it a lot.
Go ahead, try it out on your tongue.
F*ck. F***ck.
Ok, good. Now where were we?
If you enrolled yourself in this program then you are wholly aware that you’re a lousy lay. Good for you. Admitting it is half the battle.
For those of you that have been sent here by your husband or significant other, dry your tears and get over it. You’ve been given a gift, ladies. The gift of mind-blowing, wall-climbing, multiple-orgasm-inducing sex. You have the opportunity to f*ck like a porn star. And I guarantee, you will when I’m done with you.
And who am I?
Well, for the next six weeks, I will be your lover, your teacher, your best friend, and your worst enemy. Your every-f*cking-thing. I’m the one who is going to save your relationship and your sex life.
I am Justice Drake.
And I turn housewives into whores.
Now…who’s first?

Sexy does not equate good sex. More often than not, this theory hold true. If it didn’t, I wouldn’t be in business. And let me tell you, business is good, Very good.

Wow!!! Just WOW! Reading the blurb for this story had me curious and the opening lines had me settling back ready to enjoy a fun read.

“You suck at sex. You don’t satisfy your husband sexually, which is why he wants to cheat on you, if he hasn’t alredy. You may be a fantastic wife, mother, homemaker, whatever, but you are a lousy lover.”

Yeah, with to-the-point language like that, how could this be anything but highly amusing?
The characters in TAINT are remarkably well written.
Justice Drake, a life coach who specializes in one specific department. SEX.

“My business is sex. I instruct sex. I live and breathe sex. And I need it, just like their duplicitous husbands.”

Eleven women have entered the course, desperately wanted to reconnect with their husbands; husbands who have broken their vows to satisfy sexual deviances from other women. They seek Justice Drakes’ expertise to learn the art of seduction, on how to improve their sex lives and ultimately their relationships.
JD is a very sensual man. But he knows how to play his business. He firmly follows his principles and remains professional at all times.

“Never get emotionally vested in client.
Never pressure or persuade them, it has to be their choice.
And never, ever apologize for my unconventional technique, as cruel or brash as it may seem.”

Everything seems to be going well, until he meets his perfect match. Allison Elliot-Carr. Daughter of  the owner and CEO of one of the largest investment banks in the world. Married to one of the most influential personality in the society and her father’s golden boy. Justice thinks he knows everything about her. But as Allison spends time with him in the Oasis, he learned that that there is more to Allison that just a pretty face and a big fat wallet.

“I look at her – really look at her – she’s beautiful – they all are – but Allsion is flawless. The fact that she hasn’t tried to hide a little piece of herself that society would deem blemished, intrigues me. Shit, it makes her kind of badass.
I like it. Can’t Stop. The Word. Vomit
Day-fucking-One. Im so screwed.”

Justice and Allison’s story is full of emotions and takes readers on a great ride. I was seriously drawn into their story right from the start. This fast paced story keeps you engaged all the way to the end. I enjoyed watching JD fight to regain himself and fight for the love that he longs for. The two make a wonderful couple and I enjoyed watching their relationship begin to take shape. Each declaration of love, each touch, each kiss, helps cement their hearts and souls together. JD is more than willing to fight for Allison and he pushes her just enough to help him through it all and make her realize that they belong together. But things are not as easy as it seems.

“No matter how I feel about Ally and the future that we never ever have, I can’t change who I am. And who I am is not Ally’s husband.”

I enjoyed the tension this book opened up with. Their dialogues add to the tension and realism of the situation. I feel as if the scenes that S.L. Jennings wrote could easily have been how people could react in such circumstances. Then the after-effects of such an emotional scene also seemed to roll on in a logical and wonderfully emotional manner. Ms. Jennings has a real flair for action packed, tension filled romance. I really felt for both JD and Ally, for the complexities of their situation and the massive ball of emotions they are. Complex, multi-layered characters are a soft spot of mine and this book really filled that need for me.

“Welcome to the real game of Life, where we’re all players, but one ever truly wins.”

I was stunned by some of the revelations! I so wasn’t expecting that but it was fabulous! The writing is seamless, the characters sexy and the location pulls you into the story. I love the emphasis that Syreeta put on the things that really matter in order to have a successful marriage and the wonderful ways in which she portrayed them. I felt as if I knew each character and suffered as well as celebrated along with them. Justice and Allison’s passionate moments were exceptionally hot, yet extremely loving at the same time.
This is a well-cooked story and sure to appeal to many readers. What’s not to love? A story with strong characters and interesting plot, with plenty of chemistry and raunchy sex and enough good ingredients I think plenty of people should give it a taste. What can I say? It worked for me.
Most known for her starring role in a popular sitcom as a child, S.L. Jennings went on to earn her law degree from Harvard at the young age of 16. While studying for the bar exam and recording her debut hit album, she also won the Nobel Prize for her groundbreaking invention of calorie-free wine. When she isn’t conquering the seas in her yacht or flying her Gulfstream, she likes to spin elaborate webs of lies and has even documented a few of these said falsehoods.
