One year is a big milestone for anyone–and that goes doubly for us. I officially launched The Book Avenue on the same month of last year and started it with only one purpose in mind, to have FUN and share my love for reading.
So much has happened in the last year since TBA was born. I’ve met my wonderful partners, Pamela Carrion, Jennifer Haren and Mel Lopez. I’ve met a lot of amazing authors and fellow bloggers who played a major influence and inspiration for me to continue doing what I love. It was never an easy ride but I’d say its all worth it. The ways in which my life has changed are innumerable.The hundreds of people I have met and experiences that have come into my life, and to be part of this incredible community are beyond amazing and beyond anything I could have dreamed of just a year ago.
The month October marks our most vital and exciting milestone and we couldn’t have done any of this without you, our loyal followers. Your feedback has a lot to do with how we grow and improve our blog as time goes on. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for sharing your thoughts. Thank you for asking questions. And most of all, thank you for putting your trust in us. We hope that we continue to satisfy and delight you with the things we build for you every day. Now that we’ve completed our first lap around the sun, we have some exciting new plans for TBA on the horizon! And we couldn’t wait to share it with all fo you!I thought I would take this opportunity, on this one year blogiversary, to celebrate and thank my “dream team”, Pam, Jenn and Mel. You guys have been more than partners to me but good good friends indeed!
The leap of faith I took in starting this blog was just the beginning. Here’s to many, many more years of blissful blogging!
And to celebrate this momentous event, we are proud and grateful to be sharing it with these wonderful authors who have significantly contributed to the success and growth of TBA. Each day, we will be featuring them along with some cool, cool giveaways!
