Race car mechanic Andressa “Andi” Amaro has one rule—no dating drivers. With a good reason behind the rule, she has no plans on breaking it.

Carrick Ryan is the bad boy of Formula One. With a face and body that melts panties on sight, and an Irish lilt that leaves women on their knees, begging for more. He races hard and parties harder. The youngest driver to ever sign with F1, he’s still at the top of his game five years later, breaking hearts on and off the tracks.

When Andi is offered her dream job working in the glamorous world of F1, she leaves her home in Brazil, positive she can handle working for Carrick. But she’s not prepared for the off-the-chart sparks that fly the moment they meet.

Now, Andi has a crush on the one man she can’t have, and her resolve is about to be put to the test, because Carrick has decided he wants Andi, and he plans on testing her to the very limit…

“Take the good with the bad. Learn to live with your fears. because being with him…having the good, it makes the bad a whole lot better.”

There are so few books that hook me so bad that after each chapter I can’t imagine putting it down. REVVED did that to me.

Andi and Carrick are two incredible characters that drew me into their story. They don’t always make the right choices and would probably piss you off at times, but they appear to be so real to me. And I love that. It shot a line right straight into my heart from the beginning and I was so captivated with their messy yet romantic story. I also really loved their individual growth. I could feel Andi’s resolve not to give into Carrick but the more she learns about him, the more she wants him.

Carrick is the dream boy in a book form. He is ridiculously sweet, romantic (when he wants to) and definitely not boring. But the best part is how they interact. The banter. How Andi can be so snappy about stuff but Carrick just sasses right back and totally make her tough exterior falter. I just loved to watch these wonderfully flawed characters unravel their story before my eyes and eventually build themselves back up. It was beautiful, heartbreaking at times and made my heart just feel so full.

This book doesn’t have this huge “forbidden-y” drama but it proved my love for Samantha Towle. It was really a beautiful story that displayed what a talented author she is. Her writing just gets better and better each time. Fierce, sucks you in and makes you swoon and love the characters you can’t help but think of them even after finishing it.

If you are looking for a fun, sweet, messy yet beautiful, enjoyable read with a characters who are real & flawed and an absolutely adorable romance…this is it! I promise! All the hype is warranted!

I have a love/hate relationship with this book. I’m a huge masochist when it come to storylines. I love angst, love the tension build up. This is where the love/hate comes into play. I love it, but I secretly hate it too. This book emotionally wore me out and I loved every minute of it. From the first chapter I was invested in Andi and Carrick. The characters had a great chemistry and the tension between them was palpable. I felt it down deep in my soul. My heart rate sped up and I held my breath through many parts. God I loved this book.

Carrick…Holy Mother of all that is Sexy! He is perfect. The cockiness is not overdone and the banter between him and Andressa was funny. His vulnerability is what won me over. He’s now sitting in my top ten book boyfriends.

Andi…I really liked her. Her sass is what I loved most about her. She’s got my kind of mouth and I could totally relate to her.

Samantha Towle did an amazing job with the plot. Always keeping you on the edge and sometimes pushing you over. This book is tension filled, sweet as sugar and hot as sin. Grab your tissues, a bottle of wine and prepare for the ride. It’s a great one!
